At Thunder Auto Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality, professional car detailing services that leave your vehicle looking and feeling like new. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and make it right.
Refunds
- Refunds are available only for services that were not delivered or if we are unable to provide the service as booked.
- For completed services, we may offer a partial credit or touch-up if there are specific areas you are unhappy with.
Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges
- Vehicles in extremely poor condition—for example, excessive dirt, stains, or damage—may require additional charges to complete the detailing safely and effectively.
- In rare cases, if the vehicle cannot be safely or thoroughly cleaned, we may reschedule or cancel the service. Any upfront payments for canceled services will be fully refunded.
Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee which does not refund the deposit.
How to Request a Refund or Adjustment
To request a refund or service adjustment, please:
- Email or call us within 24 hours of your appointment.
- Include your booking details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- We will review your request and respond promptly with a resolution.
Weather Policy
Your safety and the protection of my detailing equipment are top priorities. In the event of rain, snow, or extreme weather conditions, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. I’ll contact you in advance if the forecast looks unsuitable for detailing outdoors.
If you have access to a covered garage or carport, please let me know — indoor or sheltered areas are ideal for completing your service during poor weather. There are no extra charges for weather-related rescheduling.
