Booked through the website, had the confirmation email right away, an automatic reminder the day before my appointment, and then a message from Alex himself letting me know more details about the job.
He showed up on time, explained what the process was, and was very conscientious and detailed in his work. I am pretty sure the car is cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership- and it had not really been cleaned in seven years. I also had a stain on my back seat that had been there since year one- also gone now. The car looks fantastic, way beyond my expectations (although I have never had my car detailed as such before).
Getting my car detailed was on my to-do list for the last three years but every time I thought to book, I felt like I didn't want to wait for three hours, or to find my way home and back, so the convenience of having Thunder come to the house was pretty much exactly what I needed and i am glad I found him. Alex is a gem, super nice and diligent, you can tell this business means so much to him.
